Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their client's team in California. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic work environment and enjoys supporting project management efforts. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various project-related tasks to ensure successful completion and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Communicate with team members and clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact for all project participants.
  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and schedules.
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education requirement is High School.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Experience in project coordination or a similar role is preferred.

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 1st shift.

Additional Details

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $24 - $27 per hour.

Travel: Around 0% travel time is required for this role.
